MotherWoman seeks a full-time Executive Director to lead our growing Amherst-based non-profit organization into the future. Qualifications include: BA or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in director-level non-profit management, proven success with fundraising, financial management experience, experience working with diverse populations, excellent writing and public speaking skills. $40-$45,000.
